Terms and Conditions:
By placing a reservation with DWS Coach, you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions and further expressly authorize DWS Coach to charge the credit card on file or bill the renting party for all charges relating to the reservation, including, but not limited to charging in full for the reservation should the renting party be considered a no-show or for cleaning or damages to the vehicle. Service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, when the cancellation period is reached.

All reservations require a 25% non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the amount of the reservation. After the deposit is received by DWS Coach, the date and times of the reservation are held by the client.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations (except proms, Labor Day Weekend and New Year’s Eve) received less than 48 hours prior to pickup time will be charged the full rate quoted. The exception to the above rule is if your flight is cancelled by the airline.

Proms, Labor Day Weekend and New Year’s Eve have a 14 day cancellation policy.

Vehicle Damage:
The party paying for the reservation is responsible for all damages and or cleaning charges incurred by the party using the vehicle, including, but not limited to: vomit – $300 per incident, broken or missing glassware – $15 per glass, damaged or missing remote controls – cost of replacing the entire unit and installation fees, burns or other upholstery damage – $500 per incident. Actual amount will be billed per cost of materials/parts, labor and time out of service for the vehicle.

Airport Arrival Transfer Wait Time:
On all airport arrival reservations you will be considered a no-show after 45 minutes (60 minutes for International arrivals requiring customs clearance) past your flight’s arrival time. If you have not met your chauffer or contacted DWS Coach by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation. To avoid being charged as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting DWS Coach by phone.

We monitor all flight arrival times when a correct flight number or tail number is provided, but the update is only as reliable as the information we are provided by the airline or passenger.

All out of pocket charges, including, but not limited to road tolls, parking and airport fees will be billed to the client.

Termination Of Reservation By DWS Coach:
DWS Coach reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund if the chauffeur or DWS Coach’s dispatcher feels that the renter and/or party of the renter is putting the chauffeur or limousine in any danger of injury or damage or is violating the law. In the event that the reservation is cancelled, DWS Coach will drop off the renting party at any location deemed safe by the chauffeur.

Acts of God:
DWS Coach is not responsible for “acts of God” and or circumstances that are beyond our control including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays or weather delays. In the event of an unexpected vehicle breakdown, DWS Coach will refund the client for the portion of the services that are unable to be provided. Any additional refunds, if any, are at the discretion of DWS Coach.

Lost or Damaged Items:
DWS Coach is not responsible for items that are left in the limousine, lost or damaged. DWS reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found.

Alcohol Policy:
No alcohol will be allowed in any vehicle when all passengers are under the age of 21. Should any alcohol be found in any vehicle, DWS Coach reserves the right to terminate the charter immediately and either return all passengers to the original pick-up point, call the police or the parents to pick up the minors at a safe location. There will be no refunds on any unused time.

Smoking Policy:
There is no smoking on any vehicle at any time.
